Added two new preferences

1) Symmetry preferences to allow the type of symmetry active at start up to be selected.

2) Printing preferences where the minimum crossword grid cell size can be set.


Bug Fixes

There was a display issue when printing the clues in two columns. The clue numbers were not aligned correctly in the down words column. This has been fixed.

The methods used to edit the word lengths of phrases was causing problems e.g. if you enetered a phrase and did not set the word lengths but later decided to do so then the only way to achieve that was to delete the phrase and re-enter it. Whilst this was not strictly a bug we decided to fix it. Now option, shift click on any word will cause the word length edit window to appear allowing word lengths to be entered without having first to delete the phrase.

Removed a wayward button that appeared on the Clue Maintenance window.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug where web dictionaries were not appearing in default and delete windows until program was run twice.

Fixed bug with web dictionaries where on first run the code was trying to load the data before it was created.

Fixed bug where cell size was reduced by two pixels in certain circumstance

Fixed bug in clue maintenance window where deleting a word would result in the word immediately following losing all of its clues. (immediately following in the archive file not in the table where the words have been sorted alphabetically)

Fixed a bug that crashed the program when an attempt was made to copy text from the web page to a clue when no word was selected in either the across or down tables.
